Overview

The Risk and Payments Agent will be responsible for Payments Processing, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Risk Operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing business value through verification and fraud protection.

In Short

• Verify new real money accounts failing KYC checks.
• Identify tampered documents through detailed review.
• Review cash out requests for potential fraud.
• Investigate unusual behavior from system alerts.
• Validate unauthorized access claims through customer behavior analysis.
• Monitor fraud trends and report critical observations.
• Coordinate with Customer Due Diligence Team for gambling concerns.
• Maintain communication with Risk and Customer Service teams.
• Address player contacts regarding Risk/KYC concerns.
• Meet department expectations on Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
