Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing.
• Knowledge of HIS systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking and adaptability to changes.
• Understanding of medical terminology and insurance claims.
• Experience in medical collections and revenue cycle.
• Advanced degree preferred.
