In Short

• This position is 100% work from home.
• The A/R Management Manager is responsible for directly managing the ARM team.
• Ensure outstanding accounts, denials, and appeals are accurate and timely.
• Conduct huddles and team meetings as needed.
• Identify deficiencies within the group and escalate them to the Director.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver annual reviews.
• Understand all aspects of the billing and accounts receivable process.
• Drive technology adoption and process automation within AR workflows.
• Obtain ambulance biller certification within 6 months of employment.
• Adhere to all QMC HIPAA privacy policies and procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, or 3–5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare.
• 2–3 years of collections, billing, and/or claims experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mastery of billing and accounts receivable procedures.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, and general medical terminology.
• Proficiency with various web platforms, including billing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills and experience.
