The Director, Accounts Receivable at Ensemble Health Partners is responsible for leading backend execution that enables the successful launch and scaling of new revenue cycle lines of business, ensuring operational readiness and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Background in backend enablement for client onboarding.
• Proven ability in data validation and risk mitigation.
• Prior leadership experience in revenue cycle operations.
