Accounts Receivable Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage invoicing, payment collections, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company processes.

In Short

• Accurate invoicing and follow company processes
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable data for reporting
• Follow-up on, collect, and allocate payments
• Establish financial control for customer invoices
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Complete month-end reconciliation of AR accounts
• Execute year-end accounting close activities
• Deliver AR forecasting for cash flow management
• Publish monthly receivable data including KPI's
• Identify and drive revenue initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounts receivable experience
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• SAAS experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong account reconciliation skills
• Strong data analysis skills
