Overview

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage billing processes, monitor customer accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while working from home.

In Short

• Salary: PHP 60,000 – P80,000 Monthly Package
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions
• Involves generating invoices and monitoring payments
• Must reconcile accounts and support month-end processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software Xero, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice to have: CRM Software proficiency
• Nice to have: AU Accounting knowledge
