Accounts Receivable Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance team at SodaStream. You will manage a client portfolio, ensuring precise and rigorous follow-up in accordance with our Group procedures.

In Short

• Manage the creation and follow-up of client accounts.
• Ensure bank reconciliation of payments.
• Determine and monitor client balances.
• Handle reminders and collection of overdue invoices.
• Manage unpaid debts, disputes, and litigation in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Participate in monthly closings and accounting analyses.
• Propose improvements for managing client accounts.
• Work in a proactive environment with evolving responsibilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in the BtoB distribution sector.
• Strong rigor and excellent organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in computer tools, especially Excel, and adaptable to different ERP systems.
• Good level of English is a plus for working in an international environment.
