Accounts Receivable Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely follow-up on overdue invoices in a global and multicultural environment.

In Short

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and record activities in SAP.
• Analyze payment discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Perform regular dunning and process incoming payments.
• Issue Debit and Credit notes to customers.
• Run reports and review aging accounts for follow-up.
• Prepare overdue reports and comment on account statuses.
• Reconcile accounts and communicate findings to customers.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports.
• Analyze customer accounts for bad debt provisions.
• Participate in work migration to the Shared Service Center.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Economics or comparable.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of finance tools, preferably SAP.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
