Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new client partnerships with colleges and universities by helping institutional leaders address enrollment and revenue challenges through enrollmentFUEL’s strategic enrollment management solutions.

In Short

  • Manage qualified sales opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with institutional leaders including Vice Presidents for Enrollment and Admissions leaders.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand institutional enrollment challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Partner with BDRs and marketing to develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the company CRM.
  • Represent enrollmentFUEL at industry conferences and events.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to client delivery after contract execution.
  • Accurately portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Higher education sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling consulting services or technology solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
