Paralegal - Contracts (Hybrid) - Remote

Overview

As a Paralegal - Contracts, you will be a key part of the transactional legal team at Enova. You will be primarily responsible for managing our contract lifecycle process, including review of routine vendor agreements and standard contract documents, as well as contract negotiation and maintenance. In addition, you will support the transactional legal team with other matters, including general corporate matters, due diligence, labor and employment and other projects. You must be nimble and professional to provide timely, pragmatic and business-savvy support to the legal team and responses to stakeholders.

In Short

• Draft, review and edit routine form contracts and proposals.
• Ensure all appropriate approvals are obtained and issues are addressed.
• Maintain contract records and documentation.
• Identify gaps in standard template language.
• Draft communications with minimal supervision.
• Develop project plans with guidance.
• Assist in labor and employment matters.
• Support corporate due diligence review.
• Assist in general document management.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in contracts paralegal or similar role.
• Experience managing and reviewing legal contracts.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management software.
• Experience with notarization and apostille certificates is a plus.
