Overview

As a Learning Specialist, your primary responsibility is to train new hires across Enova’s contact center, while collaborating across departments to enhance training materials and delivery.

In Short

  • Lead daily virtual training sessions for new hires and ongoing education for existing employees.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on Enova’s brands and contact center functions.
  • Educate employees on product details, scripts, processes, and interpersonal skills.
  • Document and maintain records related to new hire performance.
  • Monitor and report on key training performance indicators.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and training needs.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to develop training materials.
  • Identify areas for improvement within training programs and propose enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of training, teaching, or coaching experience.
  • Skilled facilitator with virtual group management abilities.
  • Knowledge of adult learning best practices.
  • Experience with videoconferencing platforms.
  • Proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet software.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
