Overview

As the Director People at enmacc, you will ensure that the company is an amazing place for talents to perform and grow, managing the people department and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Oversee all talent-related activities in a 360° way
• Design overarching recruitment strategy and employer branding
• Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes
• Develop activities around company culture
• Design development and training strategy
• Instil effective performance management
• Lead a high performing People team
• Act as a key sparring partner to the leadership team
• Foster strong relationships with line managers and employees
• Drive initiatives that align with business goals

Requirements

• Several years of work experience in a start-up/scale-up environment
• 5+ years experience managing People teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High personal ambition and hands-on approach
• In-depth knowledge of labour law
• Degree in psychology, business, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• German or additional European languages are a plus
