• We are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions.
• This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions.
• Take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting.
• Translate business needs into clear metrics.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support analytical use cases.
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports used by GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the accessibility and quality of data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform).
• Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git).
• Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.
