GTM Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Data Analyst to join our team and make a meaningful impact by turning data into actionable insights. This is a remote, B2B role at Connor Group, a leading professional services firm that works with the most existing companies in the world.

In Short

• Analyze data in Salesforce to identify opportunities for GTM teams.
• Maintain data hygiene and update contact records.
• Develop lead scoring and grading systems.
• Provide insights for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Support client success efforts with account intelligence.
• Train and support GTM teams in Salesforce.
• Assist in territory management and campaign analysis.
• Build segments for email targeting.
• Ensure efficient lead movement through the sales funnel.
• Identify and build Salesforce workflows for automation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, and similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRMs.
• Strong analytical skills and intuition for data patterns.
• Ability to create and maintain analytics dashboards.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
