In Short

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from the Sales, Customer Experience, & Data teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards by writing custom SQL queries.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Define and report on key metrics such as Account Health and Customer Success Performance.
• Hands-on experience working with large scale structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
• Translate quantitative analyses into digestible reporting.
• Extract meaningful insights from sales and support data.
• Develop and maintain well-managed data solutions.
• Utilize ClickUp Data Stack: Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Tableau, Hex, Amplitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a technical field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Exceptional experience in SQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
