Overview

The Strategic Consultant provides guidance, expertise, and support to Engage fi clients by engaging as a strategic partner and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in the evaluation, selection, and negotiation of critical bank and credit union solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in banking or related vendor industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in vendor selection technology projects.
• Exposure to contract negotiations.
• Ability to present complex solutions to leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
