Program Manager - Strategic Services - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager for Strategic Services provides guidance, expertise, and support to Engage fi (EFI) clients and consultants by overseeing the strategy and completion of assigned client interrelated projects, collectively called a program, ensuring the work contracted by clients is completed appropriately to meet clients’ expectations, goals, and objectives.

• Manage program workstreams for timely completion of interconnected project activities.
• Communicate program and individual project progress to clients and internal resources.
• Evaluate proposed modifications to program and project scope.
• Escalate program risk issues and strategize resolutions.
• Maintain program and interconnected project management documents.
• Assist in developing and enhancing EFI best practices and project tools.
• Support implementation of new tools and processes.
• Track and record project billing hours and budgets.
• Support consultants with process or project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with enterprise-grade software applications.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
• Technical knowledge in Smartsheet, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
