Overview

The Area Vice President, Strategic Consulting is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities across the country for our consulting lines of business.

In Short

  • Develop new business via cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Generate leads by attending industry events.
  • Conduct webinars educating the market on services.
  • Establish executive level relationships with financial institutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify challenges and align with services.
  • Work closely with marketing resources to leverage campaigns.
  • Manage all sales activity in the internal CRM system.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions with leadership teams.
  • Present complex solutions to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience in credit/debit card processing and online banking.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
