Vice President, Strategic Planning - Remote

Overview

The Vice President, Strategic Planning will lead the team that delivers actionable insights to create winning brand strategies for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

In Short

• Lead the Strategic Planning team for Eversana-Intouch Healthware Affiliate.
• Develop and deliver strategic deliverables that inspire clients.
• Provide Europe-focused expertise to client teams.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Lead strategy for new business proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver compelling live pitch proposals.
• Travel frequently for domestic and international engagements.
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical agency experience.
• Deep understanding of European pharma marketing.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising required.
• Experience in oncology and rare disease therapeutic areas preferred.
• Proven techniques to influence strategic processes.
• Ability to educate and inspire clients on emerging trends.
• Experience as a Strategic Planning team leader.
