Overview

Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time employee to join our Policy & Ratings team in the role of Senior Project Manager, Equitable Stakeholder Engagement. Our team supports the development of building codes, product standards, and other policies through an inclusive, data-driven analytical approach, relying extensively on engagement with impacted stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead equitable stakeholder engagement processes.
• Develop frameworks and strategies for clean energy policies.
• Engage with state and national-level policies.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analyze proposed policies with a focus on equity.
• Coordinate with external partners to reach underserved communities.
• Provide thought leadership on stakeholder engagement processes.
• Track and brief internal stakeholders on public engagement proceedings.
• Assess potential equity concerns related to regulations.
• Integrate equity frameworks into existing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or additional formal education.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in energy or environmental industry.
• Strong relationship and coalition-building experience.
• Experience developing public engagement processes.
• Knowledge of building codes and product standards.
• Experience engaging with state and/or federal level policy.
• Strong writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
