Overview

Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time Data Engineer I to work on critical projects that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Analyze data sources and pipelines for various projects.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Maintain data warehouse and optimize data storage.
• Document technical specifications and ETL processes.
• Support the Data Science Center of Excellence with data engineering needs.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Physics/Engineering, Business, or Mathematics.
• Experience in building ETL data pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Minimum 2 years of data warehouse development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of SQL queries and ETL design experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing data pipelines using Python.
• Experience with AWS and data engineering tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
