Overview

As a Data Engineer at Amount, you will be enhancing, hardening, and supporting the company's Data-related systems including data pipelines, OLAP data stores, reporting dashboards, and client-facing Data API.

In Short

Enhance existing data pipelines and integrate new data sources.
Design new features for the Data Platform, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Provide operational support to ensure data availability within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with Product and engineering teams on project planning and execution.
Deliver quality code with robust designs and innovative ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong software engineering skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in building data pipelines using Python and SQL.
Aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
Experience with Java and/or Ruby is a plus.
