Overview

The Senior Employee Relations Advisor will partner with senior stakeholders to manage complex employee relations issues while providing coaching and support to a team of ER Advisors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or ER.
• Sound knowledge of ER legislation and policy application.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams in service delivery.
• Experience in representation at Fair Work Commission.
• Passion for coaching a high-performing team.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Employment Law or relevant field.
