At Enable, we are transforming the supply chain with our cutting-edge rebate management software. We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI and Architecture team, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning systems.

In Short

• Design, build, and deploy RAG systems and AI agent-based architectures.
• Contribute to model development processes including fine-tuning and parameter-efficient training.
• Build evaluation pipelines to benchmark LLM performance.
• Work across the ML stack from data preparation to serving.
• Optimize model pipelines for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with MLOps, DevOps, and data engineering teams.
• Stay informed on current research in LLMs and generative AI.
• Participate in roadmap planning and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and data science fundamentals.
• Proven experience building and deploying RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with vector search tools and retrieval frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large language models.
• Comfortable with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with monitoring ML systems in production.
• Strong communication skills.
