Overview

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning systems at Enable, a leading SaaS company focused on pricing and rebate management.

In Short

  • Design, build, and deploy RAG systems and AI agent architectures.
  • Contribute to model development processes including fine-tuning and distillation.
  • Build evaluation pipelines to benchmark LLM performance.
  • Work across the ML stack from data preparation to serving.
  • Optimize model pipelines for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with MLOps, DevOps, and data engineering teams.
  • Stay informed on current research in LLMs and generative AI.
  • Participate in roadmap planning and design reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and data science fundamentals.
  • Experience building and deploying RAG systems and LLM applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with vector search tools and retrieval frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large language models.
  • Comfortable with cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Experience monitoring ML systems in production.
  • Strong communication skills to work across disciplines.
