Overview

EMSU is a retail tech/media company developing solutions for digital POS marketing in brick-and-mortar retail. In addition to large customer projects, EMSU operates the 'EMSU Media Platform'. This platform allows brands to easily and transparently create digital POS advertising campaigns and offer them to retailers.

In Short

• Identify and acquire potential leads (retailers like EDEKA and REWE).
• Gain and support new retailers for the EMSU Media Platform.
• Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify new customers via email, phone, and other channels.
• Acquire, advise, and support customers both in the field and from the office.
• Identify and track leads.
• Develop sales structures and processes.
• Work closely with the sales and customer relations team.

Requirements

• Experience in sales/field sales in the retail sector.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus but not required.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• You are persuasive, listen well, and communicate confidently with business contacts.
• High energy and constructive participation regarding products and workflows.
• Proficient in MS Office.
