Overview

As an experienced sales personality, you will engage new business customers (SMEs) with our innovative product portfolio, ensuring your sales success through KPI achievement and a hands-on mentality.

In Short

  • Identify potential new customers independently and travel daily in your sales area.
  • Convince through our broad and innovative portfolio of permanent advertising options in both phone and personal exchanges.
  • Conduct needs analysis during customer meetings, present tailored solutions, and achieve contract closures.
  • Continue to support your customers after contract signing and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Keep your product skills up to date through e-learning and training.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales, especially in customer acquisition.
  • Driver's license class B – you will be on the road daily.
  • Empathy and closing strength – you understand customer needs and convince new customers of our products.
  • Ambition and discipline – you always keep your KPIs in mind and a “no” does not discourage you.
  • Team and success orientation – our performance-based compensation motivates you to exceed your goals and celebrate successes as a team.
  • Self-responsibility – with your hands-on mentality, you structure your sales week independently.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent German in spoken and written form complete your profile.
