In Short

• Responsible for the delivery of the product vision and its success.
• Translate the product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and adapt the product vision and roadmap as constraints are identified.
• Apply a strategic mindset to user story prioritisation and delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product teams for seamless workflows.
• Communicate ideas and project status to stakeholders effectively.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Utilize data analysis to fuel product initiatives.
• Challenge expectations and question the status quo.

Requirements

• Undergraduate qualifications in Business Systems, IT, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience as a Product Owner or in product management.
• Experience in workforce management or payroll is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of compliance-heavy environments.
• Able to write well-defined specifications.
• Proven success using agile/scrum methodology.
• Track record of critically analyzing data samples.
• Hungry, creative, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about data, design systems, and product management.
