Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist (HR), you will support customers in using the Employment Hero HR product and ensure their continued success.

In Short

  • Work within the Customer Experience team.
  • Gather information from customers and resolve their queries.
  • Respond to customer tickets, calls, and queries.
  • Collaborate with the support team for best practices.
  • Analyze product functionality and user errors.
  • Escalate issues related to bugs or product functionality.
  • Work with customers across multiple channels.
  • Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce for ticket management.
  • Contribute to feature requests based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/support.
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
