In Short

  • The Customer Success Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients and maximizing their use of our products.
  • Focus on sustaining positive client relationships and managing contract renewals.
  • Conduct training sessions and monitor product adoption rates.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions and success metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be part of an international team, working with colleagues globally.
  • Support professional growth and development within the company.
  • Engage with some of the world's biggest brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage key customer accounts.
  • Proficient understanding of Customer Service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call Center experience is beneficial.
