As a Storage Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers with equipment needs and ensuring a clean and secure storage facility.

In Short

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units and explain rental agreements.
• Perform general property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure all vacant storage units are clean and secure.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education.
• Assist with dispatch and return of equipment.
• Work in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment.
• Physical stamina for long periods indoors and outdoors.
