Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers, helping them with their rental needs and ensuring equipment is maintained.

In Short

  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.

  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.

  • Physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous education.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working around moving equipment.
  • Must not use nicotine products (specific states apply).
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
