Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with equipment inspections, and utilizing technology for rental management.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and education.
  • Must not use nicotine products.
