Overview

U-Haul is seeking friendly and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative, where you will assist customers and maintain equipment while being part of a supportive team.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and safety precautions.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training programs.
