Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training design, customer education, or communication roles.
• Demonstrated creativity in user-centered content creation.
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools for learning enhancement.
• Hands-on experience creating digital content.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.
