Our main product, Emi, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that automates tasks for recruiters while engaging candidates effectively.

In Short

• Build a state-of-the-art conversational engine.
• Create tools to scale the throughput of conversations Emi can handle.
• Work closely with the Product team to prioritize requirements.
• Ensure technical feasibility of feature designs.
• Solve production issues with a candidate-first approach.
• Build and maintain internal microservices.
• Ship code to production weekly.
• Monitor performance of services and take action as needed.
• Collaborate in a people-driven environment.
• Engage in designing and discussing technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software developing experience.
• Excitement for solving problems with front-end and back-end skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with distributed systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS is a plus.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Postgres, Mongo.
• Experience with AI vendors like OpenAI is a plus.
