Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of backend development with Python and Django.
• 5+ years of front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• 5+ years in test automation and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Git and relational databases.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Desire to mentor and coach team members.
