Oracle HCM Applications Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position supports and assists the implementation and operations of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications including Human Resources/Performance Management/Talent Management/Learning Management/Recruitment for Emerson Business Units in a Global, multi-Business Group environment. In addition, this position helps out various business unit operations teams in resolving production issues and provides user training, as needed.

In Short

• Manage the configuration of the application based on Business Unit requirements.
• Assist in HCM implementations and participate in requirements capturing sessions.
• Help in detailing requirements and testing interfaces and reports.
• Maintain project management documentation such as fit/gap analysis.
• Participate in data validation.
• Facilitate training and provide training materials.
• Maintain reporting standards across multiple Business Units.
• Provide support for HRIS and associated modules.
• Research new Oracle functionality to improve customer usage.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of business support or implementation experience with an HCM application.
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred; PeopleSoft or similar experience will be considered.
