Arcadis is looking to hire an Oracle Application Configuration Specialist HCM within our Oracle Operation & Optimization Center of Excellence, focusing on delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions.

In Short

• Configuration and development of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Analyze and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with HCM product owners and module leads.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and documentation.
• Support junior resources in ticket resolution.
• Participate in Oracle Quarterly Update processes.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement projects.
• Work with 3rd party vendors for solution assessment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR business processes.
• Engage in stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM developer/configurator.
• Knowledge of Agile/CI frameworks.
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with HCM fast formulas and HDLs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud advantageous.
• Experience in managing incidents/problems.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
