Overview

Arcadis is looking to hire an Oracle Application Analyst HCM within our Oracle Operation & Optimization Center of Excellence, focusing on delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions.

In Short

• Configuration and development of solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve production issues as per SLA.
• Collaborate with HCM product owner to plan and prioritize backlog.
• Work with HCM module leads to understand requirements.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and documentation.
• Participate in Oracle Cloud quarterly update process.
• Support third-party vendors in assessing solutions.
• Assist with technical solution development and testing.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM developer/analyst.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
• Experience in HCM fast formulas, HDLs, and HCM Extracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud, SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience in agile delivery frameworks.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
• Experience in managing incidents/problems.
