Arcadis is looking to hire an Oracle Application Analyst HCM within our Oracle Operation & Optimization Center of Excellence, contributing to sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions.

In Short

• Configuration and development of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Analyze and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with HCM product owners and module leads.
• Maintain documentation and configuration workbooks.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Support third-party vendors and assist in technical issues.
• Engage in Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and testing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
• 2+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM developer/analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HCM fast formulas, HDLs, and HCM Extracts.
• Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud, SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience in agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
