• Assessing current integration landscape and planning for improvements.
• Collaborates with domain BPOs, BPEs, and other teams.
• Participates in functional/technical design work and fit/gap analysis.
• Assists with technical solution development and testing.
• Partnership with other teams to exceed business expectations.
• Oracle Quarterly Update testing and SOP development.
• Subject matter expert in Oracle Integration Cloud.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Expert.
• Experience with Agile/CI Frameworks.
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of Oracle HCM and ERP integration capabilities.
• Ability to create technical solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle database structure and SQL.
