Overview

PingWind/Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer\\G6 Headquarters, providing critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions.

In Short

  • Document supporting policies, processes and procedures.
  • Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.
  • Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL, and Linux for data conversion.
  • Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
  • Maintain documentation on all work products.
  • Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs and NIST standards.
  • Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment.
  • Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience required.
  • Secret security clearance required.

Requirements

  • Secret security clearance.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express Development.
  • Current IAT Level II (Security+ CE).
  • Experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development.
  • Experience with web development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong working experience with Oracle 12c database.
  • Test automation skills.
  • Agile Development experience.
  • Experience with XML, REST, and Java Webstart.
  • Experience with Bootstrap and Excel Services.
