Overview

This role will be a strategic partner and collaborate with the business to evaluate and enhance compensation practices, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness, as well as analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend strategies.

In Short

  • Conduct analyses to support the development and administration of compensation programs.
  • Partner with the business to identify trends and provide recommendations.
  • Provide recommendations to HR leadership regarding salary adjustments.
  • Support Global Compensation transformation projects.
  • Evaluate current pay practices and needs.
  • Develop salary range and pay structures.
  • Create and maintain compensation partner reporting tools.
  • Work on data integrity projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance or related field required.
  • Relevant years of experience in compensation or HR Reporting/Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Strong math, analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels of the organization.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
