Online Event Manager - Remote

Overview

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products. We are looking for an Online Events Manager to lead the strategy, production, and execution of high-impact online events that educate our community, support product growth, and strengthen EMCD's global presence.

In Short

• Develop a structured event calendar aligned with marketing and community objectives.
• Manage end-to-end execution of webinars and live sessions.
• Conduct audience research to define relevant topics and formats.
• Set event-level KPIs and provide post-event analytics.
• Build pre-event engagement flows to maximize attendance.
• Coordinate participation in external events for EMCD experts.
• Moderate chats and Q&A during events for meaningful engagement.
• Lead post-event follow-up processes and collect audience feedback.
• Proficiency with major online event platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online event management or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience in a cryptocurrency or Web3 project.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and blockchain fundamentals.
• Full-cycle experience in digital events.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking.
