We are looking for an outstanding verbal communicator, active listener and natural problem solver. You enjoy talking to people and you are enthusiastic about helping families meet their goals for their children’s future, and are fluent in French & English.

  • Delivers exceptional customer experience to Embark customers and prospects.
  • Identifies customer needs and provides best solution or guidance.
  • Be a subject matter expert for RESP and assist customer requests.
  • Offer guidance to leverage digital and self-serve options.
  • Takes ownership of challenges and identifies opportunities.
  • Looks for ways to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Organizes customer related information for accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Acts as both a team player and a leader.
  • Supports customers through various communication channels.
  • Flexible work schedule based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in customer service or support.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the Customer Success Centre.
  • Fluent in French & English.
