The Remote Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients' customers via various communication channels. This role requires a passionate customer care professional who can handle multiple aspects of service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polite, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
  • Technically proficient and eager to learn new skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards.
