As the Director/Sr. Director of the Discovery Data Team at Lilly, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure for molecule discovery, integrating high-throughput lab data and machine learning.

• Familiarity with workflow languages like Nextflow.
• Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience with scientific data systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
