• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in management.
• Experience leading cross-functional product engineering teams.

• Proven ability to take action based on data.
• Expertise in team growth and recruitment.
• Ability to plan for obstacles and communicate risks.
• Hands-on capability when needed.
• Familiarity with data engineering best practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes.
• Comfortable with DevOps practices.
