IP Counsel - Remote

Overview

This role is remote and can be executed in the United States. We are seeking an experienced IP Counsel to join our Legal Team, leading the company’s IP litigation work and providing legal and strategic guidance on IP issues in the transactional context.

In Short

• Lead IP litigation matters and manage disputes.

Requirements

• JD with active membership in a U.S. state bar (New York preferred).
• 7+ years of IP experience in law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience with IP issues faced by AI and tech companies.
• Track record of managing complex IP litigation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IP transactions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
